Ted Kennett appointed as Chair of the Lancaster Bar Association’s Trial Law Section

Ted Kennett was recently appointed as the Chair of the Lancaster Bar Association’s Trial Law Section. The mission of the LBA is to promote the competence and ethics of the legal profession and to provide service and educational opportunities to the Lancaster community. Trial law requires a unique skill set of legal familiarity, creativity, tenacity, flexibility and persuasiveness. Ted has been a trial lawyer in Lancaster for over twenty years and has been recognized for his trial and advocacy skills with numerous professional accolades. He is excited about the opportunity to serve the local bar and the Lancaster community. He especially enjoys helping students develop an understanding of how trial lawyers and the court system enable people to┬áresolve disputes in an orderly manner.
