Attorney Brian Strong joins Downtown Inc Board
Personal injury and wrongful death attorney Brian Strong recently joined Downtown Inc’s Board of Directors. The appointment is another example of Strong’s longstanding commitment to support the same community that he serves professionally at KBG Injury Law.
Downtown Inc enhances and fosters reinvestment in downtown York by strengthening its economic development, offering promotions, creating placemaking (beautifying the landscape, improving walkability and more) and encouraging public safety.
“Strengthening York’s downtown is very personal to me, as a native of York County,” said Strong, who graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University and then University Baltimore School of Law. “Since I came back to York in 1994, I have watched and supported all of the phenomenal revitalization which has taken place in the City of York; it has been truly encouraging to see it get to where it is today. Serving on the Downtown Inc board is an honor for me and I am looking forward to serving the city I have known all my life and continue to enjoy.”
Strong has been devoted to the community for years. He is the former President of the York Little League. He has been a Scout leader, baseball coach, basketball coach and served on the boards of The York County Farm and Natural Land Trust, The 4th District Congressional Internship Program and The YMCA of York and York County.
At KBG, he has represented hundreds of clients through difficult times and has handled numerous jury trials and arbitrations, successfully achieving large verdicts for his clients. Strong is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been named a Rising Star and a Super Lawyer by his peers. He also has an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
