We take cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that if there is no monetary recovery, you owe us nothing for our services. In most cases, KBG Injury Law will advance the expenses of the case and will wait to be reimbursed until the conclusion of the case.

There is no charge for your initial consultation with a KBG Injury Law personal injury attorney. This allows you to explore your options and determine whether moving forward with your case is the best decision for you on a risk-free basis. An initial consultation is the all-important first step to getting the results you deserve.

KBG Sponsors Double Creek Tour & Run – 2015

KBG is a proud sponsor of the Double Creek Tour & Run. The Double Creek offers runners the option of a 5K or a half-marathon and bicyclists can choose between a 30-mile and a 63-mile ride on scenic York and Adams County roads. Proceeds benefit the Healthy York Pharmacy, a non-profit entity of the York Health Foundation which provides free or low-cost medications to people who can’t afford them. KBG attorney, Craig Milsten, is a participant in the cycling events. “The Double Creek is a unique event for this area, providing a venue for cyclists and runners to get together and raise money for a great cause,” he said. “Katherman, Briggs & Greenberg is proud to support the Healthy Community Pharmacy and to help stage a terrific family event like the Double Creek.”
