Dean V. Dominick and Drew P. Gannon serve on workers’ compensation panel

KBG workers’ compensation attorneys Dean V. Dominick and Drew P. Gannon recently presented at a legal education event, hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Association in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Workers’ Compensation Act in Pennsylvania. The event was held April 29, 2015, in Mechanicsburg. Dean presented on “Compromise and Release Agreements,” while Drew presented on “Specific Loss Issues.”

Dean has 25 years of experience exclusively handling workers’ compensation matters. He is certified as a workers’ compensation specialist by the Pennsylvania Bar Association as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. In addition, he is a Hearing Committee member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the York County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Pennsylvania Association for Justice.

Drew has 20 years of experience exclusively handling workers’ compensation matters, is certified as a workers’ compensation specialist by the Pennsylvania Bar Association as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and is a member of the York County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
