July 2, 2014
A native of York, Timothy L. Salvatore graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1995. Following law school, he served as a clerk to the Honorable John Kennedy of the York County Court of Common Pleas. He is a member of the York County Bar Association – where he serves on the Civil Rules Committee, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the America Association for Justice.
Tim has also been a long time participant in the Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program, through which he provides pro bono representation to veterans seeking veterans’ service connected compensation benefits. “Before I joined KBG, I represented insurance companies in defending against injury claims. But saving insurance companies money to the detriment of injured people proved to be thoroughly dissatisfying, distasteful work. I’ve had the honor of representing injured people, their families, and their estates in complex injury claims for more than a decade now. As a motorcycle rider, I have a special interest in representing motorcyclists; it becomes almost a personal matter.”
