We take cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that if there is no monetary recovery, you owe us nothing for our services. In most cases, KBG Injury Law will advance the expenses of the case and will wait to be reimbursed until the conclusion of the case.

There is no charge for your initial consultation with a KBG Injury Law personal injury attorney. This allows you to explore your options and determine whether moving forward with your case is the best decision for you on a risk-free basis. KBG Spotlight: Craig R. Milsten

Craig Milsten

Craig R. Milsten is one of our personal injury and wrongful death attorneys. Craig was born in Baltimore but grew up in York, graduating from York Suburban High School. He then obtained a degree in public communications from American University and briefly covered sports for The Washington Post before getting his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Craig began his career as a prosecutor for the York County District Attorney’s Office where he tried all manner of cases before juries, from DUI’s to murder cases. Craig is an active member of the York County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Since joining Katherman Briggs & Greenberg, Craig has handled numerous jury trials and arbitrations, successfully achieving large verdicts and settlements for his clients. Craig resides in York County with his wife, Amy, and their two children. He is an active member of the community, serving on numerous boards of charitable and non-profit organizations. Craig has been the Chair of the Double Creek Tour and Run since its inception. During that time, the cycling and running event has raised more than $350,000 to aid the Healthy Community Pharmacy which provides low cost medications to those who cannot afford them. This pharmacy allows medications to be filled for eligible patients at cost plus a small dispensing fee. This will enable the funds to help even more patients this year. Last year more than 3,700 patients were assisted by this fund in paying for life sustaining medications. Katherman, Briggs & Greenberg has been a proud sponsor of this worthwhile cause.
